Any cancelations made 3 days or more before the rental are eligible for a full refund.
Any cancelations made within 72 hours of the rental are not eligible for any refund.
Weather Policy:
In the event of the following conditions, a reservation will be considered a "weather cancellation" and issued a refund and/or rain check. All weather cancelations are at the sole discretion of the marina. The following conditions must be present at the time of rental and persist throughout the rental such that it prevents any use of the boat:
Consistent rain lasting more than 30 minutes
Winds of more than 15 knots or small craft warning
Lingering thunderstorms within 20 miles of the lake
Cloudy skys, overcast or less than ideal temperatures do not trigger a weather cancellation
Helpful Hints:
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your rental time to allow enough time to prepare you to launch on time.
When ariving at the marina please park near the main building and proceed to the marina store.
When coming on the dock please keep all children safely away from the water until a staff member can assist in fitting a child's life jacket. Remember: safety first!
22' Pontoon Policies
- No more than 10 passengers are allowed on this boat regardless of their age or size. - It is the renters responsibility to ensure that all passengers and gear weight is properly distributed throughout the boat. - Tube rentals are allowed. All passengers on the tube MUST wear a fitted life vest. A qualified lookout must be present at all times while pulling tubes.
General Policies:
- The renter and guests at least 25 years of age that want to drive the boat MUST watch our Boater Safety Course Video on our website prior to arrival. Each driver must bring a valid driver's license with them on the day of the rental. - Please arrive 20 minutes early to complete the boat rental check out process. Please keep in mind that if you are late your rental still starts and ends at the reserved time slot. Your rental time includes check in and check out time. - Pets, open flames, grills, or any cooking equipment are prohibited on all rental boats. - Each rental boat leaves the dock with a full tank of fuel. The renter is responsible for the fuel that is used during the rental time. Once the boat is returned to the dock it will be refueled and the renter is financially responsible for the fuel.
